Fresh Mango
Deliciously perfumed, sweet and juicy, the mango is a fleshy fruit weighing from 300 g to 2 kg and is the fruit of the mango tree, a large tropical tree of the Anacardiaceae family. This tree, Mangifera indica, has an evergreen, dense and dark green foliage.
The mango is a drupe, its flesh, of a beautiful yellow-orange, unctuous, fatty with a delicate sweet taste and adheres to a large, flat and slippery core. It can be round, oval or kidney-shaped, and has a yellow, green or red skin, which it is recommended to remove, as its taste is not very pleasant and not very edible.
Depending on the variety or when the fruit is too ripe, the flesh sometimes becomes stringy. Amelie, Palmer, Kent and Keit varieties of mango are very similar.
The Kent mango has a juicy, fiberless and very sweet flesh with a small pit. As for the Keit mango, its flesh is firm, without fibers and has a sweet flavor note. This mango, unlike the Kent mango, has a small to medium sized pit. The Amelie mango is deliciously sweet with a very tender, fiberless flesh making it very popular.
In addition, the mango contains vitamins C and E, so these three together are excellent antioxidants. These vitamins are also great for boosting your immune system, so they are a great option to consume when you are dealing with a cold.
AMELIE Mango
The Amelie variety, whose origin is not really known, has a green or yellow skin at maturity which, in our orchards, can take on a very beautiful red coloration on the part exposed to the sun.
The flesh is a beautiful bright orange . The sugar and acidity levels are high. Amelie is the earliest of the commercial varieties available at Willy KS Company . The cold storage of the green fruit is satisfactory in spite of a certain sensitivity to curling which causes a rather fast degradation of the ripe fruits but, its precocity allows to export it until the arrival of the red varieties.

KEIT Mango
Keit mangoes are considered one of the tastiest mangoes by many people. It has a small to medium sized pit and they have virtually no stringy fibers which means more delicious fruit to eat.
Don't be fooled by the green, when ripe, Keit mangoes have a beautiful dark green skin and orange-gold flesh . Keit is left on the tree longer than other varieties, making it more colorful than other mangoes and producing very sweet fruit. The fiber-free flesh creates a creamy texture that highlights a sweet honey flavor with hints of lemon, making the Keit Mango perfect for salads, salsas, smoothies, sorbets and sauces

PALMER Mango
The Palmer variety is produced rather after Kent. It is one of the most colorful varieties.
The Palmer variety is distinguished by its size, larger and more elongated than other mangoes, but also by its yellow flesh with very fine fibers and very low acidity. Its great sweetness makes it ideal for the preparation of smoothies and desserts with exotic notes.

KENT Mango
The Kent mango has a rounded oval shape and red or yellow color depending on the ripening with greenish areas, has an excellent quality of life which makes it one of the most exported fruits in the world.
The mango is the second STAR FRUIT of the Willy KS Company. It is picked when ripe from the tree, packed in the shortest possible time to guarantee its freshness and quality. And is transported to its destination by the most experienced shipping and airlines such as Bollore Logistics, CMA CGM, MSC, Hapag, Air France, DHL, MAERSK.
