Fresh Avocado
The avocado is the fruit of the avocado tree (Persea americana), a
tree of the Lauraceae family, and is presented as a large berry containing a
single seed called the stone. Among its larger varieties are those similar in size to large lemons,
weighing between 150 and 250 grams, but there are even larger varieties and others in miniature, the latter
are known as cocktail avocados.
There are three main varieties. The most popular variety is the Hass avocado,
followed by the Fuerte . Because of its taste, size, shelf life, high growth rate and the fact
that it can be picked all year round in some regions, the Hass variety is
the most popular and most marketed avocado in the world .

unsaturated fats and vitamin E .
It goes well with many dishes, in which it brings smoothness and exoticism. It is a fruit
with an original ripening that can only ripen when it is detached from the tree. The avocado
is a very caloric fruit, rich in fat.

HASS Avocado
The Hass avocado is a variety with blond flesh, creamy and firm at the same time, with a small taste of hazelnut. It has an oblong shape and an irregularly textured skin that is purplish-brown when the fruit is ready to be eaten (a good marker to avoid a lot of trial and error).
Fuerte Avocado
Compared to the Hass avocado, the Fuerte variety can be recognized by its dark green skin, as if it had been tanned, and a very matt appearance to the touch. With its pear shape, it is larger than the Hass and the pulp is more yellow than green, creamy and with a strong taste. The skin of the Fuerte remains green even when the avocado is ripe. Don't wait until it turns brown before opening it.
Its flesh is rather creamy, so the best way to enjoy it is in a well-seasoned guacamole or crushed on toast.
